I waited for about 10 days (they claim 5~11 days is the usual waiting time), but the order is still being processed. I sent them an email asking for the status of the order. I was told the item is out of stock, and I could perhaps wait a few more days. A few days after, I received an email informing me that they have successfully secured an item from their warehouse, and I will be notified once the item is ready to be dispatched. I waited for about a week, I decided to chase them up, sent an email asking for the latest status, and I was told the item will be sent out later that day. Two more days later I have finally got my sunglasses. The total waiting from the day of the order was three weeks, thankfully I had a great customer service support from Daisy. Many thanks to her. I order a pair of glasses and after nearly two weeks with the order "in processing" I decided to try getting a hold of them and finding out what the delay was. Unfortunately they completely ignored my email. Finally after getting a hold of them through there hotline I was informed that they did not have the frames I ordered and would not be able to get them. Period. Thanks smartbuyglasses for letting me know so quick so I had to deal with trying to wear broken glasses for over 2 weeks. Now I am waiting for my refund, which I am sure will be delayed as well. They then suggested several other pairs, unlike the ones I ordered, that I could purchase instead. I am now, waiting for the return of my $300 and have no glasses and can't find the frames anywhere else anymore. Do not use this site to order frames!!!!	Overall Rating
