I bought a TV from them a month ago and I'm still waiting to receive it. I have called them repeatedly and they have continually lied to me saying that the TV is "in route". I ordered 2 Samsung video recorders on the 10th and did not ship until the 18th. I paid for 2nd day air as I wanted the video recorders on the 12th. They never notified me it would arrive 9 days late. They then shipped it GROUND after I paid for the 2nd day air which means they made a nice little spread. I wanted to return them unopened as I didn't need them anymore cause they came so much later than expected. They were then rude and only agreed to give me back 85% of my purchase price. I still have not received the refund of 300 bucks and it has been 16 days since they received my RMA. They are rude and extremely unprofessional. The customer service rep told me to "have a nice life" at the end of the call!!! They deserve to never make another sale again. You are taking a huge risk if you purchase something from refurbdepot.com as I have read numerous other reviews. I reported them to the Better Business	Overall Rating
