I wish I had read the reviews before I got the hard sell phone call from their sales dept. I ordered what I believed was in stock items but of course got screwed by trusting them. Asked to accept substitute, which I did because they told me it would be weeks before OEM became availabale. After saying ok I cheked with Canon and told no shortage. Checked with other vendors and found OEM in stock. Called NWV back to cancel order.. Told order was packed and I should request an RMA once it was received. Sales person suggested trying out the substitute. (I didn't) Requested an RMA and reply was no return of blister pack item. (Even though unopened) Now I'm left with the substitute I didn't want. NWV has been dishonest and unfair in this transaction. Basically a bait and switch operation.	Overall Rating

A very nice gentleman helped me, his name was Mark. He answered yes, and I took a drive over there. He greeted me at the door and politely had me sit at his desk and offered me a drink of water while he went to get the product I wanted. he returned in less than 5 minutes with exactly the item I was looking at on their site. He created an invoice took my money and with a smile asked me if I had any questions. He gave me his personal email address and said I could email him anytime with any questions. The whole experience was very smooth and I felt like they were really professional. I have experience with online stores in the Ny area (bad experiences) but these guys will always get my business. Next day they return the money by stating "item is backordered, our apologies". But if you visit their site. they are still selling it. and still have following line on the item page "Stock: Usually Ships In 1-2 Business Days". DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME BUYING ON THIS SITE. My first order from NWVD was completely marred by the fact that the item was not in stock, but it was identified as in stock on their website. I will give them some kudos for the quick response in telling me the item I ordered was not in stock and would not be in for 2 -3 weeks and a quick cancelling of my order. However, the website should always display the correct availabilty and that would have modified my order from the start, as I needed a quick turn around on the shipment. Fool me once! shame on you. I tried to buy a battery charger from them and the next day called me saying they were back oredered on that product, but could sell me a much nicer model for more money, but much cheaper than it was worth. The product they told me about was listed on there web page for $99 dollars and they try to say it is reduced from $129. But with some simple research you find that this product is a piece of junk and is selling on all other sites for about $16 dollars. Do NOT believe anything they guys say. They are con artists and I don't believe this is just a bait and switch, but sounds more like straight up fraud. They will rip you off at any chance they get. I would never advise anyone to use these guys. Don't believe any of the good reviews for this company, they are all just spam.	Overall Rating

I had the worst time confirming my order and waiting for the video camera to arrive. This was the worst experience I ever had. I eventually recieved the camera and tried to complain that it appeared that the box of this so called new camera was opened. They refused to listen and ignored my complaint. I'm now unable to register the camera with Sony and have no warranty because the serial number was removed from both the box and the camera.	Overall Rating

After immediate canc. of order (for misrepresentation of "good deal" I fell for on 'confirmation call') they repeatedly refused to tell me when credit card cancellation was done (my bank hadn't rec'd it yet). When I repeated my request the charmer hung up on me! Next I receive FedEx notice of shipment. If they pop up elsewere: Beware! I didn't read the reviews-last time for that mistake.
