Reviews 		I have shopped with this company for many years. I am disabled and they have been willing to send out either UPS or a pre-paid label for damaged or poor merchandise. One used to be able to contact a supervisor via an extension. Great site with BulletinBoard. At 1 time, HSN could deliver a report going back awhile.I noticed that I never received credit for returns or my purchases. They have upgraded their web-site, keep track of your purchases and returns; cc & paste. Purchase HBeach ITea maker. Overall Rating
