Ordered a camera in silver finish. Order was acknowledged. Dell then shipped a black one. Said that they didn't have any silver ones so they shipped a black one instead. What's up with that? Overall Rating

Worst customer service ever. I never experienced such low rate service from a vendor. I told the representative that this review will be posted and she said go right ahead. I placed an order listed in stock they then tell me its out of stock not to mention the 6 people i was transferred too. Overall Rating

Such great response to shipping. Have now used the product and find it very easy to set up. Voice commands are clear and factual. Easy to input instructions. 4.3" screen is clear and easily readable. Thus far I'm very pleased with this unit. It was highly confusing choosing a GPS as there are many on the market. Garmin is a very reputable company which is why I chose it. Updating to current maps was a bit cumbersome but worked well. Very pleased. Overall Rating

We ordered the Panasonic VIERA TCL37S1 37" LCD television from Dell. Before we attempted to set it up, we were awaiting for a screen protector. In opening the box, come to find out that the the TV was damaged. The next morning, my husband called Dell, spoke to one agent and then her supervisor. Given that we didn't respond within 21 days since ordering (1 week for shipping to Ak.) but less than 30 days, they would not honor an exchange. Tough luck! And to long-time customer of their computers! So now, we're taking this up with our CC company. Word of advice: Upon receiving your merchandise via UPS or FEDEX, ask them to wait while you open the box to see that no damage has occurred physically and even if the box looks fine (ours did.) Immediately hook up your merchandise to make certain it works. You only have 21 days from the time you hit "confirm order" to do this. These crooks don't deserve good business. Spare yourself the grief. Overall Rating

(Edited August 10th by makedonsky)  Ordered "Lumix DMC-LX3" listed as "in stock" on their web site. Order shipment twice delayed so far (it's actually back-ordered, but they did not tell me until the original estimated delivery date two weeks later; same scenario repeated second time today). To add an insult to injury, they now refuse to change the delivery address claiming that their "system" does not allow that. (Am I supposed not to move for 3 months just because they cannot deliver on time??) The customer service cannot provide any information beyond that. Outrageous, simply outrageous! Overall Rating

in the past I've purchased 3 laptops, 1 desktop, monitor, and printer from Dell. I have been happy with their customer service until the last few days. The newest laptop, less than 3 mos old, the hard drive crashed and I lost important files. The printer purchased from DELL came with a 1 yr warranty. One year and one week later, the printer crashed! Seeing my past purchase history, I expected Dell to negotiate and offer me some kind of help. They offered "Buy a new printer." Today I went on to Dell 10 sale to buy a 20in.monitor for $89 the first hour the first day of a 2 day sale and was told they were sold out. Called customer service and they were very unhelpful saying that they were out of stock. I told them its called "bait and switch" here in the U.S. Overall Rating

Dell is suck, they cancel my order without send me e-mail, and they don't offer any compensation. I have to check my order status to found out my order got cancel. The customer service is bad too, they switch thier responsibility and keep transfer me to differnt departments. Overall Rating

Ordered hard drive on May 4, 2009. Checked next day to see if they were processing my order. They updated the estimated shipping date to May 18, 2009!! Apparently, Dell is taking as many orders as they can BEFORE they are actually shipping anything. That makes me sad. Overall Rating
