I also appreciate that the website software recognized I had a mismatch between the delivery state and zip code! My folks decided they didn't want the Alpine Car DVD/LCD flipdown screen, so I contacted Crutchfield. They said I could tell my folks to just write "Return To Sender" on the package and the company will email me when the refund process has begun. Their customer service person even verified they had the correct email for the order. Top notch!	Overall Rating

I was frustrated with the lack of merchants who ship to FPO addresses and/or the shipping rates.
