(6-25-2007) I'm still trying to get my money back. I ended up paying $20.00 to ship a USED dead product to my house and $20.00 to ship it back and yet they refuse to refund me my $87.00 just for the product. One more thing... Cisco Tech support asked me for the SN# on the unit to assist me with the diagnosis The SN# on the unit was refurbished and not elgible for tech support since it was sold to the distributor AS IS! They claim it was new of course. I think I believe Cisco over a company that refuses to refund me Just for the product. I'm not asking for shipping to be refunded. Trust your better judgement.. First, their actual shipping cost was roughly twice what appeared on PriceGrabber.com. After the product arrived, two more problems surfaced. 1) The warrranty card was missing, 2) The instructions were all in French. I would have returned the product to Zoomtek but didn't want to waste time (and money), especially if the product worked. Fortunately, it was relatively easy to install and use the product. Things such as missing warranty card and non-English manuals should be disclosed in the product description.	Overall Rating

Placed the order via the website the same day with 2nd day shipping. No items arrived. Called to check on status and a very rude person told me their system was down. I pressured them further and they finally admitted the items were not in stock. Then they told me someone had called me to tell me that was the case. Baloney! Not only did they lie to me about having the items, but they lied about their computers being down and then about notifying me. Trifecta! And Zoomtek, don't put some BS here about selling what you had in stock before I placed the order. No one is going to believe you sold two used/refurb Compaq server power supplies in a matter of an hour.	Overall Rating

Called phone support and they said "That's the way we sell ethernet cards (no dongles)". I was shocked at the tone! I was told they would call me back, because "the dongle guy" isn't in. I never received a call back. Maybe I will in 30 more days. 4. I purchased a NEW dongle from a reliable 3rd party, only to find out that the PC Card itself it bad! I kept on getting 'no one to answer your call right now... don't they have a voicemail queue ? The replacement product appears to be a recycled product because it was registered under some other unknown name. This replacement failed within a few weeks. I regret this whole transaction ! Retailer Response (03/10/2006): We have one year warranty for most product ,what we sell. This customer bought product at 2003 ,and come back for RMA at 2006.Of course our warranty was expired. I never received email and 6 days later I called and was told that they would fax me the information. I called and was told that the person who does the faxing was not in. When requested tracking number I was given one that was incorrect. They insisted it was correct even after I had them enter it into UPS site. I would not do business with this company. I bought an SCSI adapter from LSI and it has a lot of models. The site shows a very small information about the item. For exemple I don´t know if i am buying the board only or with manual, software instalation and cables.
