My account was never charged and the merchandise never received.Cancelled the order today and ordered the same merchandise from Amazon.com. Expect delivery Nov. 4 or 5 on the amazon.com order. Called Electronics PLUS, they promised me an email which I never got, either. Would not do business with them again. |

I thought it was clearly indicated that they were selling a new machine. It was helpful that they emailed me to make sure I knew it was a used machine before they shipped it. They said that they were issuing an immediate refund. This was a huge waste of time and very frustrating. |

I ordered a printer and then sent me a print cartridge. When you call the seller, you get a message saying they are closed for the week. I am out $50 and have printer cartridge I have no use for. |
