Very nice refurbished camera. No noticeable difference between this or a new product. The only gripe is there was no SD Card included. Not a big deal since buying a much larger capacity card is necessary. I wish a protective sleeve, at a minimum was included, since I had to order a case. |

This company doesn't keep the stock information on their site updated on a daily basis. When I ordered a radar detector from this company, they didn't bother to tell me it was no longer available. At this point, the order should have been canceled and my bank card should have never been charged. Instead, they've taken my money and there's no communication as to when I'm going to get it back? They post an attractive price and later they tell you that they are out of stock. Then they tell you that they can give you a "better" product fo the same price, where truely the "better" price is much cheaper! I regret not having read this merchant's reviews before placing the order, I adive you do that and not have to fight the transaction with your credit card company. Finally had to call my CC company to get them to return my money. |

Order placed july21, I made inquiry due to not receiving as of july31, shopking mystery person?, requested time to research on aug3, I repeated my inquiry on status aug5 due to not having had a response, Shopking mystery person? (don't know if initial company rep or subsequent co rep) sent me an email asking if I had receive it yet. I responded that I had not and repeated my request for information of, 1. tracking number, 2. shipping date, and 3. name(s) of persons at shopking who had responded to my initial/subsequent inquiries. Still have not received recorder or information requested as of 1:44pm EST august 6, 2009, the time of this survey. My rating would obviously change if and when service and response change. |

Product was as promised and is good value but shipping was slow and notification of it misleading. Was notified that item was being shipped via 1st class mail but didn't receive for 14 days after notification. No telephone number, but seller did promptly reply via email to my inquiry, which eased my mind, and the item finally arrived. |
