product shipment was relatively quick. didnt take longer than expected to recieve item. would rather see condition of product posted before buying however. ipod was dented and had lots of damage to the casing. i understand its refurbished and used, but listing should say what condition the product is in. also, it took 4 times to upload songs to ipod. got several errors and ipod would just stop recieving media even though there was plenty of space for the songs. |

The ad says, 5 hours of video and 22 hours of audio. I would be led to believe this is true IF the battery was not defective. I have charged my other ipods with the same cord for years, and they charged just fine. tried it with this one, Failed. It came with a USB cord, so I also tried that, Failed. For it to fully charge, from dead to 100% takes 8 hours. and that is WITHOUT touching the ipod at all. It dies within 2 hours of listening to music alone. Im a little angry, So I called apple. and they said the battery should least at least 4-8 hours of music. I have to purchase a new battery witch is 60-70 Dollars. Im a little angry. Little, being modest. |

I got an email telling me they will not ship to my office and they will cancel the order within 72 hours. I don't understand why I can select a alternative shipping address when they will refuse to deliver it. My visa has all kind of verifying questions to protect the consumer. It is annoying dealing with consumerdepot. Will not do business with consumerdepot. |
