I have a problem with rthe 3 Emerson VCR's I recently bought.... The first will NOT take the tape....The second one Has a buzzing sound when taping and then ate the tape so I had to cut the tape to get it out. The 3rd one has a nice picture BUT NO sound. I am very disappointed with the product. I own 2 others and neither of them work as poorly as this one. The barrel seems to be lopsided, it catches and pulls my hair, and it is very noisy. On the hottest setting it does not get as hot as my other ones do on the middle heat setting. I will be sending it back. |

After I placed an order with Discountsjungle (they said they had 62 items of what I was buying in stock), they charged my credit card, then the next day pricegrabber emailed me saying they were out of stock and I had to obtain my own refund. I will never do business with either discountsjungle or pricegrabber EVER again. Both of these websites are shady. DiscountsJungle's Response: Orders are not charged until they are shipped out. Refunds are processed automatically upon the event of a canceled order. We apologize for the inconvenience. |

Should'nt advertise Items as being in stock, when they are not. Wasted two days waiting to find out my item was not in stock. DiscountsJungle's Response: Customer service representatives contacted buyer immediately via e-mail and phone call, apologized and informed the buyer that unfortunately the ordered item was on back order. We make every effort to keep our inventory of tens of thousands of different items current. In any event, if the item is back ordered we inform our valued customers at once. |
