Very unhappy. This vendor is selling a version of Windows 7 Home Premium (from Starter) that cannot be used on United States PC machines. I am not savvy to the PC language used, and assumed that upgrade from STARTER meant I can upgrade from VISTA to Windows 7 Home Premium. Not so.........I opened the package to obtain the PRODUCT KEY, in order to install on my HP Vista machine. They tell me now, that upon opening the package, I lose my right to a REFUND on my purchase. Supposedly, I am out $75.90 as a result. This is outragious. |

Product was not labeled correctly when I bought it. It was labeled as a pure Windows 7 Home Premium package, not an upgrade from Windows 7 Starter to Windows Home Premium. I sent the package back for a refund, but lost out on the shipping fees in both directions. Very disappointed in this purchase and will never place another order with Next Warehouse. |

They went out of stock after purchasing four high demand Intel SSD drives. I interacted with their support, and they were always fast to answer and professional. Native English speakers, which was nice. I found phone to be best way to contact, and that it worked best to initiate rather than wait on follow-up. 2nd purchase from them. Both orders went well and I'll continue to order from them. |

Ordered Thursday 11-12-09, received Tuesday 11-17-09, earlier than expected (don't forget it was over a weekend). Product was exactly as advertised and was exactly what I needed. Great price, great shipping and no hassles. What more can we ask for? |

I used the printer HP Officejet Pro 8500. It print fine and copy fine too the fax and scan I have not it use it yet. THe only problem is the noise. It should be low noise and a little fast printing. Ana, New York |

Ad stated "Windows 7 upgrade": completely omitted the type of upgrade, any description or other information. So my order was for a Vista to Win & upgrade, but this was a starter to premium upgrade. Had to hassel on the phone to avoid restocking fee, stioll paid postage return and got a snippy reply on email. |
