never got the item, they canceled Sigmaenterprises's Response: Yes we were out of this product and before we could close it it was bought by the customer.So we immediately gave a full refund .We make every effort to have all our 2000+ items on be in sync with that of our physical inventory.Sometimes there is a mismatch.We apologize for that and shall try better. |

Unfortanatly No Ive not received my product! After about a weeks time i did call and was told the shippment was defective, and my money would be returned. I received a email saying my money would be returned, but it had no indication of whitch prooduct or tansaction it pertained to. Being polite I waited 3 days + a weekend to make sure the money was refuned. Monday came came & no return, so finaly on tuesday my last call befor further action The moeny was refunded to my paypal acount not my bank account like most. In summary The transaction was Very Lax and i wound Not recomend this site!! P.S. they have to have the money up front, So what did they do with it for 2 weeks?? And why?? |
